The battery charger is intended for use only in dry conditions away from water and moisture. The battery charger has both a fast and slow charging function. This can be selected from the switch on the charger, respectively, fast charging "Fast" (8 amp) and slow charging "Slow" (3.7 amp). This is a fully automatic battery charger that automatically ends the charging process when the battery is fully charged. The charger is equipped with four indicator lights:1. The "Power" red indicator light indicates that the charger is connected to the mains.2. The "Charging" yellow indicator light indicates that the battery is being charged.3. The "Fully Charged" green indicator light indicates that the charging process is complete and the battery is fully charged.4. The red “Polarity Check” indicator light indicates that the wires are connected to the battery in the wrong order and should be rotated. Instructions: 1. Make sure the charger is not plugged into the mains. 2. Connect the red wire to the battery’s positive (+) terminal and the black wire to the car’s ground away from the battery and fuel lines, and then connect the charger to the mains. 3. The charging process is indicated by a yellow indicator light. 4. When the charging process is complete, the green indicator light will light up. Unplug the charger from the mains and disconnect the battery from the charger, first the red positive wire and then the black negative wire.
