Cyanoacrylate instant glue – has the highest parameters of a technical glue in the permanent, invisible connection of glass, crystal and precious stones with various materials, both hard and flexible. The attached rubber patch acts as a connecting link between the glass surface and the metal part of the mirror holder, eliminating unevenness and absorbing vibrations. In this type of joints, the adhesive film applied evenly with a brush ensures an equal distribution of adhesive forces during breaking stresses, which ensures a proper, long-lasting repair. Features: application with a brush flexible glue bonds instantly (in a few seconds) included rubber patch Advantages: precise glue application, low glue consumption possibility of bonding materials with different properties short repair time possibility of creating a flexible connection Application: Designed for bonding: glass, metal, rubber, wood, hard plastics, etc. (except PE, PP and Teflon). Bonds hard and flexible materials. Also used for bonding material combinations "metal + rubber, plastic + rubber, paper + plywood + glass, etc." Bonding O-ring seals. Used for bonding metal mirror bases to car windows. Also indispensable in jewelry and optics. Parameters: Viscosity: 80 cP (mPas) Shear strength: 3.0 MPa Max. filling gap: 0.10 mm Temperature range: -550C to 800C Shelf life: 12 months How to use: Mark the exact place of mirror connection on the glass (it is not recommended to correct during bonding). Remove the mirror from the holder. Apply an even, thinnest layer of glue to the connected metal surface of the handle with a brush. Place the degreased rubber patch (connector) on a smooth, even horizontal surface, e.g. a table, and press the mirror holder onto it. Hold with even force for about 10 seconds. Cut the excess rubber with a knife to the size of the holder base. Apply a second, even, thin layer of glue to the rubber surface glued to the handle with a brush. With a firm movement, without moving it and with the same force, press the holder against the car window and hold it for another 20-30 seconds. After about 1 hour, attach the mirror to the holder.
