Special industrial adhesive for bonding metals damaged by corrosion, evaporation and cavitation. Intended for bonding parts of equipment operating in harsh conditions. 1 cm2 of the bonded surface can withstand a load of up to 300 kg. Thanks to the modifying agents (powdered alloys of light metals) in the adhesive composition, it allows for joints with excellent physicochemical parameters. Adheres to all metals and their alloys. Due to its high strength, very good thermal conductivity and the possibility of machining, the adhesive is also called "liquid metal". The glue can also be used to bond glass, wood, stone, and plastics. The glue is resistant to weather, temperature, aggressive chemicals (acids, alkalis, solvents, gasoline) and technical fluids.
Usage:
1. The surfaces to be bonded must be clean (e.g. use sandpaper), thoroughly remove oil and grease.
2. Squeeze the required amount of glue and hardener from the syringe and mix thoroughly until a uniform, creamy consistency is achieved (this determines the effectiveness of the result).
3. Apply the prepared mixture to the surface to be bonded, if necessary, press the surfaces to be bonded firmly together.
4. After bonding, keep the joined surfaces motionless, if necessary fixed under pressure until the adhesive dries.
