Metal epoxy paste is a two-component thixotropic composite. It is used for the repair and regeneration of elements made of steel, cast steel, iron and non-ferrous metals. When completely cured, the repaired surface can be processed (drilled, ground, threaded). Resistant to atmospheric agents, temperatures and aggressive chemical compounds (acids, alkalis, solvents, gasoline). Thanks to its properties, the product is an alternative to expensive repair materials. Wide range of applications in garages, workshops, industries, factories and households.

Application examples:
- repair and regeneration of damaged bearing housings
- regeneration of worn shafts
- removal of casting defects from elements made of cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metals
- repair of gears and guides
- repair of metal elements that require additional processing (turning, milling, threading, grinding).

HOW TO USE
1. Before repairing, roughen the surfaces with sandpaper or a file.
2. Remove dirt and grease from the surfaces.
3. Prepare a mixing bowl for mixing the paste components.
4. Using different spatulas, place equal amounts of components A+B in the mixing bowl.
5. Mix the components thoroughly until the mixture reaches a uniform consistency.
6. Apply a layer of the mixture to the surface to be repaired, carefully filling cracks and holes.
7. The repair work must be completed within 30 minutes after mixing the components.

The areas to be repaired can be reinforced with fiberglass mesh T-048.

HINTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Before mixing the components, place the containers with components A+B in hot water for about 5 minutes. The heated components have a lower viscosity, which makes it easier to remove the required amount from the containers for repair and mix them together.
Do not mix components A+B in larger quantities than you can use within 30 minutes.
The repair time can be shortened by heating the repaired area with hot air.
The areas to be repaired can be reinforced with fiberglass mesh (T-048)
