With unlimited uses, excellent workability and becomes as strong as metal after hardening. Also called "cold welding". Used on metals that have been damaged by cracking, melting, rust, etc. Does not shrink when cured, can be mechanically processed, threaded, etc.
Usage:
&The surfaces to be welded must be clean (use e.g. sandpaper), oil and dirt free.
1. Warm components A and B to room temperature before mixing.
2. Take equal amounts of component Ad and Bd and mix/flow them between hands until the color is uniform. Use the product within 10 minutes of mixing. &Do not mix components A and B in larger quantities in quantity if you are going to use the steam within 10 minutes.
3. Apply the epoxy mass to the surfaces to be joined or repaired and let the surfaces stand still for at least 45 minutes. After about 12 hours, the joints / repairs can be mechanically worked.
The repair time can be shortened by heating the bonded area with a hot air gun. Surfaces that are difficult to bond should be pre-coated with a thin layer of liquid epoxy adhesive (e.g. E-358) and left to dry.
