Gastite Red is a semi-curing sealant and joint compound. Ideal for sealing porous and uneven surfaces. Suitable for sealing all types of joints, including gasketed joints and metal joints where a gasket is not required. The sealant is resistant to gasoline, diesel fuel, oil, water, steam and coolant. The sealant allows for quick and easy disassembly of parts later. Suitable for use on aluminum and special alloy cylinder heads. Simplifies gasket installation. Withstands temperatures from -40˚C to +15˚C.
