2-component meta-crystal adhesive in an easy-to-use syringe. Ideal for bonding metal structures, creating composite joints, gluing stone, glass, wood, carbon, plastics and ceramics. Indispensable for durable and low-strength bonding of stainless steel (strength up to 300kg/cm2). Effectively bonds metals and their alloys: cast iron, aluminum, iron, copper, bronze, zinc, chrome-plated and galvanized steel. Also suitable for the most difficult-to-bond materials. Not suitable for bonding PP, PE and PTFE plastics. The product has much higher strength and greater tolerance for unprepared surfaces compared to polyurethane adhesives and the product bonds very quickly. Resistant to UV radiation, mold, fungi, salt water. Provides a colorless and invisible joint that is resistant to shocks and vibrations, does not crack.

Usage:
For best results, the surfaces to be bonded must be grease-free, clean and dry.
1. Squeeze the substance from the syringe, throw the first few drops into the air (to achieve the correct ratio of glue and hardener).
2. Squeeze the required amount of components from the syringe onto the plastic tray and mix thoroughly with the mixer provided quickly, within 15 seconds.
3. Apply the mixed adhesive components evenly to one of the surfaces to be glued in dots or by creating a thin layer. Bond the surfaces together within one minute.
4. Apply pressure for about 30 seconds to spread the adhesive in a thin layer and hold the surfaces to be bonded in place for a few minutes and under pressure if necessary (the initial crosslinking of the adhesive takes place within 3-5 minutes).
5. Unused adhesive can be stored by replacing the cap on the syringe tip, which has been cleaned of adhesive residue.
6. Heavy parts must be kept motionless until the adhesive has completely cured.

Position time: The mixed adhesive must be used immediately and the surfaces must be fixed within 1 minute after mixing.
Initial curing: 10-15 minutes
Full curing: 12 hours
The repaired element can be handled approx. 30 minutes after gluing. Keep heavy parts stationary until the glue has completely hardened.

Temperature resistance: -50°C to +130°C
Store at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C
