Chimney cleaning powder is only effective during the complete chemical reaction that occurs during an actively burning fire. To do this, pour the chimney cleaning powder into the heating device before lighting the fire. Do not use if there is insufficient draft! During the combustion process, active particles are released from the powder. which cover the accumulated pitch layer and break its structure. The pitch layer in contact with the active particles becomes brittle. Smaller pitch particles are removed through the chimney. Larger particles fall off and burn off. For active cleaning, add 1 scoop (device capacity up to 25 kW) or 2 scoops (device capacity 25-50 kW) of cleaning powder before lighting the fire during the first 10 lightings. For maintenance after active cleaning, add 1 scoop (device capacity up to 25 kW) or 2 scoops (device capacity 25-50 kW) before lighting the fire every 4-5 lightings. Pour the powder away from the ash box. so that the powder does not fall through the ash grate into the ash drawer. Designed for use in heating appliances using solid fuel.
