Once the parcel arrives to the selected customer post office , the recipient parcel sent two notifications ( with SMS messages or e- mails) . The first notification is sent as soon as the parcel will be framed on the stock post office , the second - in 5 working days. Making the customer is stored in the selected post office within 15 calendar days.
