Castrol Magnatec C2 5W-30 is a fuel-efficient, low-viscosity synthetic engine oil suitable for all-season use in naturally aspirated and turbocharged petrol and light-duty diesel engines where the vehicle manufacturer recommends the use of engine oils with SAE viscosity grade SAE 5W-30 and quality grade ACEA C2 or earlier. This engine oil has been specially developed to provide complete protection against wear in modern engines equipped with diesel particulate filters (DPF) and triple catalytic converters (TWC). Magnatec 5W-30 C2 is suitable for use in engines where the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) requires the use of an engine oil that meets the PSA Peugeot Citröen B71 2290 approval. When choosing engine oil, always refer to the vehicle owners manual, SAE viscosity grade, engine oil quality grades and OEM requirements.
