Castrol EDGE Titanium FST 10W-60 is a high-performance engine oil suitable for all-season use in naturally aspirated and turbocharged high-performance gasoline and diesel engines in both standard and racing applications, where the manufacturer recommends the use of SAE viscosity grade SAE 10W-60 and ACEA A3/B3, A3/B4, API SN/CF or earlier quality grades. Castrol EDGE Titanium FST 10W-60 is the only engine oil approved by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) BMW AG for use in engines of BMW M-series motor vehicles. This engine oil is suitable for use in most VAG Group vehicle engines (model year up to 2007) where the vehicle manufacturer requires an engine oil that meets the VW 501.01/505.00 approval. Not suitable for use in engines with extended oil change intervals or in engines with exhaust aftertreatment systems equipped with diesel particulate filters (DPF) and triple-valve afterburners (TWC), unless otherwise specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
