Castrol Transmax Dual transmission fluid has the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Volkswagen approval VW G 052 529, which allows this transmission fluid to be used for the fluid lubrication of 7-speed dual-clutch S-Tronic transmissions (DL501) in Audi passenger cars. Ford approval Ford WSS-M2C936-A allows this transmission fluid to be used in dual clutch transmissions of Ford and other motor vehicles where the manufacturer requires a transmission fluid that meets this approval. Castrol Transmax Dual transmission fluid is identical to BP Castrol BOT 341 transmission fluid, which is the first choice of Mitsubishi factory and is the recommended synthetic transmission fluid for fluid lubrication of VW, Seat and Škoda 6-speed DSG transmissions (VW G 052 182, DQ250 marked transmissions).
