• The housing must be returned clean and in the original packaging. The old product must be returned in the packaging of the new product, nothing must be written or pasted on the packaging.
• The old product must be returned no later than 60 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
• The transport plugs, covers and cushioning material from the new product must be moved to the old product.
• The returned product must be equivalent in completeness and technical data to the new one.
• The product must be complete (all returned parts must be intactly attached to the product, nothing must be separate)
• The housing must not be damaged.
• There must be no signs of heavy rust or oxidation on the product.
• The manufacturer's number or the original number cannot be read on the product (the stamp is damaged, the plate, sticker or tag is missing).
Reimbursement is made based on the supplier's response, before that, no reimbursement is made. AK Varuosad OÜ is not authorized to independently evaluate returned deposits. The response regarding the decision on compensation may take approximately 1-3 days. The direct costs associated with the return of the item are to be covered by the Consumer.
Example:
You order a starter.
Purchase price: 100.- EUR
A deposit of 20.- EUR is added to the purchase price (the amount varies depending on the product).
Total payment: 120.- EUR
You receive the starter and replace the starter on your car. You send the starter to us, and the deposit, the deposit of 20.- EUR, will be returned to you.
Payment for the starter, taking into account the return of the housing, is 100.- EUR

The old product is assessed based on five basic rules (below are the most specific problems regarding each group of returned products):
Generators:
• The product is heavily rusted/oxidized.
• The product is incomplete and disassembled.
• The mounting tab is broken.
• The rear plastic cover, voltage regulator or diode block is missing.
• The drive pulley is missing or damaged.
• The vacuum pump is damaged or missing.
• The winding has been heated.
• The product has been burned or shows damage caused by overvoltage/short circuit.
• The generator does not rotate.
Starters:
• The product is incomplete and disassembled.
• The traction relay (solenoid) is missing or damaged.
• The housing is deformed, the mounting tab is broken.
• The product is heavily rusted/oxidized.
• The shaft or starter drive has overheated (bluish tint).
• Damaged teeth.
• The product has been on fire or shows damage caused by overvoltage/short circuit.
Brake calipers:
• The housing is damaged (the fastening eye or other part of the housing is broken/missing).
• The product has signs of a cut or crack in the housing.
• The ventilation nipple is broken or its base is damaged.
• The plug of the electric brake caliper is broken.
• The product is not complete, disassembled into parts.
• The carriage is missing if the new product has a carriage.
• The motor housing of the electric brake caliper/motor is damaged/cracked, the fastening eye is broken.
Air compressors:
• The pulley is missing or damaged. The clutch is not complete.
• The core does not rotate if the clutch did not burn out, if the clutch did burn out, the core cannot rotate.
• The housing or its fasteners are damaged.
• The plug is missing.
• The product is not complete, it is disassembled into parts.
• The pressure valve is missing.
Power steering pumps:
• The product is not complete, it is disassembled into parts.
• Some components are missing (e.g. pulley).
• The housing is damaged (the mounting eye or other part of the housing is broken/missing).
• The product is heavily exposed to rust/oxidation.
• The original sticker/plate with the factory specification is missing or removed.
• The oil container plug is missing or the tank is damaged.
• The pulley or its fasteners are damaged.
Steering racks:
• The product is not complete, it is disassembled into parts.
• The inner tie rods are missing or damaged.
• The product has signs of cutting or cracks in the housing.
• The housing is damaged (the mounting eye or other part of the housing is broken/missing).
• The product is heavily exposed to rust/oxidation.
• The working surface of the toothed rack is heavily rusted.
• The manufacturer's number or the original number on the product cannot be read (the stamp is damaged, the plate, sticker or tag is missing)
• The tubes are missing, dented or broken.
• The grooves, sockets or grooves are worn out or damaged.
• In the case of an electric steering column, the plug, terminals are broken. The wires are torn or cut. There are traces of melting or burning on the electronic housing.
Steering columns:
• The grooves are damaged.
• The mounting frame is damaged or bent.
• The height adjustment lever is damaged or broken.
• The wires are torn, damaged or cut.
• The plug is broken.
• ECU with signs of being opened, engine missing or disassembled
Injectors and nozzle tips:
• The product is not complete, disassembled into pieces.
• The nozzle is bent when removed.
• The plug housing is damaged.
• The nozzle tip is missing or its housing is damaged.
• The overflow pipe is damaged or broken.
• The product is heavily exposed to rust/oxidation.
• The housing is noticeably deformed. The product shows signs of being opened.
High-pressure pumps:
• The product is not complete, disassembled into pieces.
• The product is heavily exposed to rust/oxidation.
• The pump wheel fastening nut is missing.
• The wires are torn, damaged or cut.
• The plug housing is damaged.
Flywheels, housings and clutch discs for heavy equipment:
• The clutch disc is not complete (the coatings have separated).
• The clutch disc core shows signs of overheating (bluish color).
• The clutch disc is warped or the grooves of the center hole are damaged.
• The product is highly susceptible to rust/oxidation.
• The clutch housing pressure plate shows signs of overheating.
