Rust converter and primer – two in one.

 

This epoxy-based rust inhibitor combines with the neutralized rust layer to form a metallic-organic iron complex. The resulting black, very compact protective layer creates an ideal substrate for durable paint finishes. Excellent for restoring vehicles, machines and all kinds of structures. Lead and zinc chrome free. Removes both rust and paint stains caused by corrosion. Forms a perfect film. Very good creep. Easy to spray. Compatible with all common fillers, fillers and paint finishes. When using 2-component varnishes, we recommend a compatibility test. Very good solvent resistance. Does not contain heavy metals or mineral acids. No aggressive odor

Instructions for use: Shake the can well. Apply 2 - 3 thin layers to the surface. Spray from a distance of about 25 cm. Can be overcoated after approx. 6 hours. Temperature resistant up to 160 °C. Do not use at temperatures below 10 °C.
