No connection to the cars electrical system is required.
When the car stops, the clock records the parking time and displays it on the large screen for one minute.
In addition, the clock has a smaller screen on the back for setting and displaying the time.
Operates with a CR2450- 3V battery, battery life approx. 1 year. The battery is included with the clock.
