Castrol EDGE Titanium FST 10W-60 is a synthetic engine oil suitable for all-year use in naturally aspirated and turbocharged high-performance gasoline and diesel engines, both standard and racing, where the manufacturer recommends the use of engine oils with SAE viscosity grade SAE 10W-60 and quality grades ACEA A3/B3, A3/B4, API SN/CF or earlier. Castrol EDGE Titanium FST 10W-60 is the only engine oil that has been approved by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) BMW AG for use in engines of BMW M-series models. This engine oil is suitable for use in most VAG Group engines (model year up to 2007) where the vehicle manufacturer requires an engine oil with VW 501.01/505.00 approval. Not suitable for use in engines with extended oil drain intervals or in engines with exhaust aftertreatment systems equipped with particulate filters (DPF) and triple catalytic converters (TWC), unless otherwise specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
