Construction adhesive is a multi-component PU-polyurethane adhesive that increases its volume during curing, filling pores and voids. The glue hardens under the influence of moisture, with a thixotropic paste structure. Provides very strong joints with high moisture resistance (class D4). Used in repair/construction where strong adhesion is required. Bonds all materials: wood, wood-based products (plywood, chipboards, OSB), stone, plaster, concrete, brick, marble, granite, ceramics, porcelain, faience, glass, rubber, most metals and their alloys, cast iron, aluminum, steel, plastics: plexiglass, polyester, bakelite, acrylic glass, polycarbonates, PVC, ABS (except polyethylene, polypropylene) and other construction materials: glass wool, mineral wool, foam polystyrene Urethane. The product greatly improves the combinations of the above-mentioned materials. Shockproof, flexible. After curing, the adhesive can be removed mechanically with a cloth moistened with acetone or white spirit.

Usage:
To achieve the best result, the components to be glued must be clean and grease-free. . Synthetic and metal surfaces must first be roughened (e.g. with sandpaper). The glue can be applied to damp substrates. To ensure the best adhesion, at least one of the surfaces must be porous or highly vapor permeable. Smooth surfaces should be sanded/roughened and lightly sprinkled with water (10 to 20 g/m²).
1. Apply the glue to the light surfaces and immediately bond the surfaces together.
2. Press the surfaces to be glued tightly together and fix (for example with tape) until the glue has completely cured.

Colour: light yellow
Complete curing: 24 hours ( a maximum of 48 hours, depending on temperature, relative humidity (the higher the relative humidity, the faster the glue dries and the thickness of the glue layer)
Resistant to temperatures: -30ºC to +80ºC
Apply at temperature: +5°C to +25°C. Protect from moisture.
