Special industrial glue for bonding metals damaged by corrosion, abrasion and cavitation. Intended for gluing parts of equipment used in difficult conditions. 1 cm² the glued surface can withstand a weight of up to 300 kg. Thanks to the modifying substances in the composition of the glue (powdered alloys of light metals), it is possible to obtain joints with large physical-chemical parameters. Fastens with all metals and their alloys. Due to its high strength, good thermal conductivity and the possibility of machine processing, the glue is also called ""liquid metal". The glue can also be used for gluing glass, wood, stone, plastics. The glue is resistant to weather, temperature, aggressive chemicals (acids, alkalis, solvents, gasoline) and technical liquids.
Usage:
1. The surfaces to be polished must be clean (e.g. use sandpaper), thoroughly remove oil and grease. Squeeze out the required amount of glue and sealant from the syringe and mix thoroughly until a light tone is achieved (the effectiveness of the result depends on this).
3. Apply the prepared mixture to the light surface to be glued, if necessary press the surfaces to be glued firmly together.
4. After gluing, keep the newly bonded surfaces immobile, if necessary fixed under pressure until the glue hardens. Curing: 180 minutes (+25°C)
Complete curing: 24 hours
Resistant to temperatures: -30°C to +120°C
Silt at temperatures up to +5°C +25°C. Protect from moisture.
